The Indian Army has received Mahindra Scorpio Classic units.

This is part of an Indian army order for 1850 units.

These vehicles are intended to be adjusted for 4x4 capability.

This implies that the engine in use might be a prior model 2.2 litre unit.

It's still a 2.2-liter engine, but it's 55 kilograms lighter than the previous generation.

The OEM claims 230nm of torque is avialable for as long as 1000rpm

It is proposed that fuel efficiency be increased by 15%.

Mahindra no longer offers a 4x4 drivetrain with the Scorpio Classic.
